Trauma impacts us all differently. All of this might happen despite successes or strengths in your life and efforts. Just because it is that way now, it doesn’t mean it has to be or that it will be this way forever.

 

There are a variety of trauma informed practices that we can cater to your unique experiences and goals. Trauma therapy does not have to be a reopening painful memories for you to heal and move on. Methods such as EMDR, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and more.
